This is a great option for an experienced Property Lawyer or Associate to join one of Melbourne’s pre-eminent Real Estate practices and gain exposure to the most significant and high-value real estate and infrastructure capital transactions matters in Victoria.

You will have the opportunity to work with a broad client base that includes listed and private REITs, investment and super funds, private equity firms, housing associations, and financiers. These clients are involved in a variety of complex and high-value transactions, which will provide you with a diverse and challenging workload.

Initially, the role will focus on ‘cradle-to-grave’ mixed‑use developments, but as these projects progress, you will be involved in a wider range of matters, including portfolio sales, sale and lease‑back arrangements, fund‑through transactions, build‑to‑rent projects, Head Office commercial, industrial and retail lease pre‑commitments, social and private housing projects, and ‘off the plan’ residential projects and communities. This will give you exposure to various complex property and title issues, such as subdivisions, owners’ corporations, easements, water rights, and restrictive covenants.

This role offers the opportunity to work in one of Australia’s leading Property Law practices, gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment. You will be mentored by senior practitioners, allowing you to develop your skills and build your expertise in the real estate sector.
