Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in the hospitality industry? Our client is looking for an exceptional General Manager & Assistant Manager to oversee and manage operations at 2 stunning Hotel Resort venues on the Central Coast. If you have experience in accommodation management, gaming operations, and overseeing high-volume venues, we want to hear from you!
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, gaming operations, and facilities.
- Ensure seamless integration between accommodation services, gaming operations, and high-volume entertainment venues.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and guest loyalty.
- Lead and motivate a large team, providing direction, mentorship, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring to achieve targets.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for gaming operations.
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service and hospitality.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests to the resort and gaming venues.
Required Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a General Manager & / or Assistant Manager in a similar leadership role in a resort, hotel, or high-volume venue.
- Strong background in accommodation, gaming operations, and managing high-volume venues.
- Demonstrated success in managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and revenue management.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality trends, market demands, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Assistant Manager - Up to $90k + super
