  • Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in the hospitality industry? Our client is looking for an exceptional General Manager & Assistant Manager to oversee and manage operations at 2 stunning Hotel Resort venues on the Central Coast. If you have experience in accommodation management, gaming operations, and overseeing high-volume venues, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
    • Manage all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, gaming operations, and facilities.
    • Ensure seamless integration between accommodation services, gaming operations, and high-volume entertainment venues.
    • Develop and execute operational strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and guest loyalty.
    • Lead and motivate a large team, providing direction, mentorship, and fostering a positive work culture.
    • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring to achieve targets.
    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for gaming operations.
    • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service and hospitality.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests to the resort and gaming venues.
    • Required Qualifications :

    • Proven experience as a General Manager & / or Assistant Manager in a similar leadership role in a resort, hotel, or high-volume venue.
    • Strong background in accommodation, gaming operations, and managing high-volume venues.
    • Demonstrated success in managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
    • Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and revenue management.
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of hospitality trends, market demands, and industry regulations.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
