Skyline Creative is a visual content studio, creating unique and engaging brand stories through video, photography, copy and floorplan content, primarily across luxury real estate, architectural, lifestyle and artisanal brands.

Primarily focused and tasked with driving our core content, main responsibilities include,
To address client requests and take production bookings.
Assign creatives and other crew to bookings.
Nurture client relationships
To create and set project milestones & deliveries.
Work closely with departmental heads to assign tasks and briefs.
Coordinate and track the progress of deliverables and targets to deadlines.
Resolve any impasse between your team, departments, and resources, communicating resolutions as necessary.
Maintain strong knowledge across multiple media projects.
Ensure client briefs and styles are maintained.
This opportunity is for a Part-Time role, Monday- Wednesday.
You will not be taking any photos yourself, however experience in shooting, retouching, and the ability to communicate technically with our photographers, videographers and retouchers is a plus.

Regular classes provided for yoga, meditation, Wim Hof breathing, stretch, drawing and art etc Basketball court onsite, as well as a photography studio, and podcast studio.
Our studio Bookings Coordinator will work well with people, be detail-focused and have the ability to balance both the customer service and production aspects of the role. The majority of the time will be spent in the studio, however the work can be done from anywhere so you have the freedom to do so.
Ideal applicants will possess,
Passion for studio production
Experience in taking client bookings or scheduling crews
A meticulous eye for detail
Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, incl. Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign and Illustrator (Valued but non-essential)
Knowledge of photography and video post-production, including digital formats and processing
Experience in meeting deadlines and problem-solving when delays occur
Exceptional ability to identify and communicate the needs of the studio, and the assertiveness to get things done
Knowledge of photography / video / media post-production and skill in the Adobe suite is desirable, but not essential. We are happy to train in the technical aspects, as long as enthusiasm and a driven attitude are present.
