HSE Coach

We’re currently looking for HSE Coaches to join our project team! We have vacancies at our newly awarded construction project in Pinjarra as well as another local project based in Kwinana. Both will be DIDO daily and will be offered on a full-time basis.

The Role :

• Collaborate with project and corporate leadership to ensure best practice health, safety and environmental performance is achieved and maintained on designated project(s).
• Liaise and communicate with client representatives as required to nurture a productive and cooperative working relationship.
• Undertake and participate in audits to ensure compliance with the project health, safety and environmental management plans and against SIMPEC's integrated management system.
• Perform governance activities and coaching to champion SIMPEC's Critical Risk Management Guidelines.
• Coach SIMPEC workers and leadership to excel in their approach to all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management.
• Assist in the review of statistics and development of improvement strategies.
• Assess and control of operational risks and hazards.
• Investigate and determine the root causes of incidents, hazards and other unsafe conditions on the job site and / or office.
