About the Right Team Member

As Senior Business Analyst, you’ll help influence key decision‑making across the Playlist International organization through financial planning and quantitative analysis. This is a role for a data enthusiast, structured thinker, and strategic doer who can leverage data modeling skills to support team members on high‑priority initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities

• Use data fluency (Excel, SQL) to enable effective decision‑making through driving ad‑hoc financial analysis and models (e.g., deal profitability calculator, investment scenario forecasting, unit economics modeling) and competitive analysis (e.g., pricing, promotions).
• Help evaluate and refine new hypotheses on priority business themes, uncover new insights, and guide assumptions and outcomes with data‑driven input.
• Develop and support processes for monitoring the health and performance of critical business functions and collaborate cross‑functionally to evaluate tradeoffs, opportunities, and risks associated with strategic options.
• Communicate with precision—translating data and strategy into compelling updates for senior leaders.
• Support international strategic planning processes, including the annual operating plan and long‑range financial planning.
