Demonstrated experience in development assessment;Demonstrated understanding of planning policy and procedures to ensure an efficient and effective development assessment process and ensuring key timeframes are met; andExcellent written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients and stakeholders.Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
