Development Assessment Planner

Job descriptionFlexible and hybrid working arrangements available; Ability to accrue up to 2 days of flexitime leave per month, which equates to up to 24 days per year (Note : this is in addition to 4 weeks of annual leave per year); Ability to access 2 health and wellbeing days per year; Gain experience in one of the largest, most diverse, and fastest growing LGA's in metropolitan Sydney; Be part of a passionate, energetic, and supportive multi-disciplinary team; Great office location in the heart of the Liverpool CBD, close to public transport and with free parking available nearby; and Attractive professional development opportunities, including training courses and generous study assistance for further education. Demonstrated experience in development assessment; Demonstrated understanding of planning policy and procedures to ensure an efficient and effective development assessment process and ensuring key timeframes are met; and Excellent written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
