About the role
Excellent opportunity for passionate OTs to join an established multidisciplinary team, supporting older adults and people living with disabilities :
Provision of comprehensive functional assessments
- Provision of equipment assessments and prescriptions
- Provision of evidence-based therapy interventions in different community settings including skill and capacity building
- Provide care that is multidisciplinary and consumer-directed
- Extensive shadowing and induction period
- Regular 1 : 1 mentoring with an experienced OT
- Weekly Professional Development sessions and team meetings
- Immediate phone support from our clinically experienced management team at all times when you’re on the road
