They are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator / Engineer or Assistant Project Manager to take the next step in their career and deliver a $70m Commercial Tower as a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Liaising with stakeholders from each department (design, development, and construction) and providing the necessary construction input and updates.
- Undertake due diligence reviews and communicate findings and implications to the relevant stakeholders.
- Analysing design documentation to identify risks and opportunities and ensure these are effectively resolved with the relevant stakeholders.
- Develop construction staging and logistic plans, management plans and methodologies.
- Develop design and construction programmes.
- Develop construction preliminaries and supervision estimates.
- Obtain trade pricing and feedback to assist developing project budgets.
- Communicate with and obtain required inputs from key subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, authorities and the like.
Key Qualifications and Skills
Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or equivalent.Strong communication and presentation skills.Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.Strong programming and project planning skillsStrong problem solving and time management skills (ability to work across multiple projects at various stages concurrently)Well-rounded experience across all project phases (concept to delivery and completion).Experience managing the design development process and consultants is beneficial.
