They are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator / Engineer or Assistant Project Manager to take the next step in their career and deliver a $70m Commercial Tower as a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Liaising with stakeholders from each department (design, development, and construction) and providing the necessary construction input and updates.
• Undertake due diligence reviews and communicate findings and implications to the relevant stakeholders.
• Analysing design documentation to identify risks and opportunities and ensure these are effectively resolved with the relevant stakeholders.
• Develop construction staging and logistic plans, management plans and methodologies.
• Develop design and construction programmes.
• Develop construction preliminaries and supervision estimates.
• Obtain trade pricing and feedback to assist developing project budgets.
• Communicate with and obtain required inputs from key subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, authorities and the like.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong programming and project planning skills
• Strong problem solving and time management skills (ability to work across multiple projects at various stages concurrently)
• Well-rounded experience across all project phases (concept to delivery and completion).
• Experience managing the design development process and consultants is beneficial.
