Job description

Location : South of the River.

Employment type : 8 months until February shutdown, then likely extension for commissioning and handover to 12 months total.

Rate : $110-$120 / hr + Superannuation, potential to negotiate higher for exceptional candidates.

Start : ASAP.

Job Overview :

Reputable client involved in the minerals industry, providing chemical solutions for mining clients.

Processing plant expansion project heading into the execution phase

Detailed engineer nearing completion; construction to commence; contractor tendering still underway

Coordinating contractor, client operations, permitting teams

Providing engineering support during execution

No direct reports; site supervisors in place

Assist with TQs and provide solutions

Ensure smooth project execution and avoid delays

What you'll need :

Mechanical Engineering Degree

Experience coordinating construction contractors

Project management experience

Execution / implementation project experience

Ability to facilitate and get things done

SMP or piping experience valued
