About the role
Centrally located in Adelaide Street Brisbane City, walking distance from Central Station, An opportunity for a Full time Accounts Payable Officer that will work directly with the Finance Manager and work on other aspects of finance tasks and duties. This role requires a high degree of organisation, attention to detail and accuracy whist cultivating positive working relationships
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Accounts related tasks, both accounts payable and recievable
- Reconciling transactions in Xero and ensuring all transactions have compliant support documentation
- Liaising with customers to ensure a timely payment of invoices
- Ensuring supplier invoices paid have internal purchas orders
- Liaising with suppliers via phone and email to ensure invoices are correct
- Reconciling Credit Card Transactions
- General administration duties
- Willingness to be trained in and perform any of the duties reasonable to the role
- Demonstrated Experience in Accounts payable tasks
- Experience in Xero
- Experience jobpac highly regarded
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to take direction from numerous stakeholders
- Strong Communication Skills ( Written and Verbal)
- Ability to work unsupervised and be able to work within a team environment
- Be self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Immediate start for the right candiate

A Full time Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm role Centrally located in Adelaide Stree Brisbane. Real career development oppurtunuties. $70,000 - $75,000 Plus Super
