Salary : £36,500 - £43K DOE + Yearly bonus

Role
The role is not a traditional freight sales focused purely on rates. Instead you sell a full suite of integrated logistics services including :
Integrated Supply Chain Management Services (ISCMS)Full Container Load (FCL) & Less‑than‑Container Load (LCL) ocean freightAir freight forwardingWarehousing and distributionTransportationCustoms brokerageKey Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business by identifying and targeting organisations that would benefit from integrated logistics solutions.Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact.Uncover business development opportunities within the existing client base to improve profitability and share of wallet.Deliver accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and follow‑up communication.Work closely with internal departments including Inside Sales and Customer Services to ensure a seamless customer experience.Regularly update and maintain activity reports, pipeline forecasts, and client records in the company CRM system.Stay aligned with evolving company strategy, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changes within the logistics and IT environment.Candidate Profile
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum of 2 years sales experience, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.Familiarity with FCL, LCL, air freight, and broader supply chain operations.Strong understanding of the logistics market and an ability to hold informed, consultative conversations with clients.Seniority level
