At Comlink Australia, we help older Australians live and age well at home. We’re looking for a driven, vibrant and people-focused salesperson to join our team as a Community Care Specialist across Brisbane, Ipswich and Toowoomba.

What you’ll do

Proactively engage potential clients across Brisbane, Ipswich and Toowoomba to promote our Home Care Packages

Build authentic, long-term relationships with clients and families

Achieve growth targets by signing up new clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience

Collaborate with regional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes

Bring positivity, creativity and energy to every interaction

What we’re looking for

Relevant qualifications (minimum Diploma) in Business, Community Services, Aged Care, Health Management or similar, OR 5+ years’ proven experience in the aged care sector

A confident communicator who loves connecting with people

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management

Knowledge of the aged care sector and reforms (or willingness to learn)

Self-motivated, goal-driven and proactive

A creative problem-solver with genuine empathy and ambition
