• Candidate sourcing and talent acquisition
• Resume screening and interview coordination
• Job offer preparation and onboarding support
• Candidate database and HR record management
• Employment contract administration
• Pre-employment assessment coordination
• Internal or agency recruitment experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems

Some roles may require clearances, such as a Working with Children Check, NDIS clearance, Police Clearance, and up-to-date vaccinations (in the aged care / allied health industries).
