We are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team supporting long-term detailed and bulk earthworks, electrical services, infrastructure and construction scopes in Rockingham, WA . The role will be initially based at our Balcatta office and transitioning to Rockingham in February 2026.

As the Contracts Administrator , you will be responsible for managing contract administration processes, including progress claims, variations, and subcontractor management, while supporting the project team in achieving commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and effective contract administration in line with company standards and project requirements.
• Prepare and process payment claims, vendor payment procedures, variations, and claims to clients and from vendors.
• Support procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and management, in collaboration with the procurement and legal teams.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality considerations are integrated into programming and delivery of works.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding needs and responding in a timely, professional manner.
