With advanced equipment including two spray booths and Car-O-Liner systems, we’re set up for success.

Our collaborative team takes pride in providing top-notch repair services. Conveniently located, the workshop offers easy access and ample on-site parking for staff.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Workshop / Production Manager to join our team at RMA Hallam.

In this key role, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the workshop, uphold repair standards, and maintain a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment for all staff
• Oversee the intake and processing of vehicles
• Assist with ordering and receiving parts, paint, and consumables
• Manage repair processes to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness
• Drive production to meet productivity targets and customer expectations
• Contribute to the site’s profitability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and organisation
