Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Senior Service Designer located in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, the Senior Service Designer will be responsible for designing and streamlining channel agnostic customer experiences across our bricks‑and‑mortar stores, and digital. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting customer research, journey mapping, developing prototypes, facilitating design thinking workshops, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the needs of employees and customers are addressed and tracked for ongoing iteration. The hybrid aspect of this role allows flexibility and purpose‑led collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the retail and / or automotive industry
• User Research and Prototyping skills
• Experience in facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field
