Support4Me Kirinari Community Services are excited at the prospect of expanding our services to Narrendera. In the coming weeks we are looking to recruit Aged and Home Care Workers to join our Support4Me team.
Support4Me Kirinari is a well-regarded DVA, My Aged Care and Home Care services organisation that provides high levels of customer service in NSW, Victoria and Tasmania. Our core values guide our strong service delivery to enact positive change and choice in the lives of the clients we support.
About the Position
Our Support4Me services deliver quality in-home care supporting our customers to maintain well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible.
A typical day assisting our customers to live their best lives may include:
- Domestic assistance
- Assistance with personal care
- Assisted shopping/client appointments
- Respite care
- Meal preparation
- Social support and community engagement
Shifts will be shorter in duration with paid travel time between customers in a localised area, where possible. (km’s travelled between customers also claimable)
About You:
- Available for shifts across Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm (Some weekend and public holidays as required)
- Qualification in Aged care or similar field is desirable.
- Qualification in First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain is highly regarded
- Willingness to get physical and help with domestic work – Mopping, vacuuming, washing, general cleaning
- Genuine desire and ability to connect and develop a meaningful relationship
- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check and Police Check prior to commencement highly regarded
- Current Driver's Licence
- Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, or willing to obtain
