About You
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who’s passionate about building skills through creativity, evidence‑based practice, and family partnership.
Someone who is looking for the next step in their career. Want to step out of the shadows and control your own services? Join an experienced team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists, and Therapy Assistants to provide holistic, practical supports for children and their families.
Completing functional, sensory, and daily‑living assessments that inform therapy goals.Delivering play‑based therapy across home, school, and community settings.Supporting children with emotional regulation, fine / gross motor skills, self‑care routines, and participation in play and learning.Creating visuals, social stories, and therapy programs that make life skills fun.Collaborating closely with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.Recording progress and celebrating every little milestone (because they matter!).What We Offer

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.Experience (or strong interest) in paediatrics / early childhood intervention under the NDIS.Skills in completing functional capacity and sensory processing assessments .Warm, flexible, and creative approach to therapy.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A sense of humour and a big heart – essential!If you’ve ever thought “I just want to help kids without being buried in KPIs,” you’ll fit right in here.
