Arena Managers are responsible for all sales, merchandise, ordering, rostering, staff and operations in their arena. As the chief representative of the Flip Out Arena, they are required to be well-spoken and presentable at all times. Managers must be able to perform in all aspects of the business; marketing, sales, administration, management, safety checks and budgeting. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to lead effectively.
