You’ll be part of the Geriatric Medicine Department at Westmead Hospital, one of Australia’s leading tertiary hospitals. Working within the Acute Stroke and Rehabilitation stream, you’ll join an experienced, supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality, patient-centred care.

As the Social Work Team Leader, you will provide advanced clinical services, team leadership and specialist expertise across Acute Stroke and Rehabilitation.
