About the Role

As a Small Business Lending Specialist, you’ll connect with new and existing customer s by phone and via anz.com to understand their business and their goals. You’ll then use your expert understanding of lending and cash flow concepts to make tailored recommendations to address the customer’s needs.

Successful candidates will complete a a Commercial Banking induction to get up to speed . This is a great opportunity for people with a passion for helping customers and an understanding of the fundamentals of lending .

What will your day look like?

• Actioning incoming calls and digital opportunities by conducting needs-based conversations
• Providing tailored solutions and recommendations to fulfill a customer’s end-to-end requirements
• Taking ownership of customer issues, resolving them and recording discussions for future reference
• Identifying additional customer needs and referring the customer to an appropriate channel
• Collaborating with the team to contribute to a high-performance culture
