As a Stewarding team member , you will be responsible for the cleanliness of our back of house areas including the many kitchens, bars and restaurants. This position is a physically demanding role with tight time constraints and a high level of attention to detail but very rewarding with a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day!

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will ensure the highest levels of health and hygiene are maintained at The Star Gold Coast.

A few of your responsibilities :

• Working closely with our culinary team to ensure all restaurant equipment is cleaned, organized, and restocked, so everything is set for a seamless service
• Ensure cleaning checklists are completed and hygiene standards are maintained
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organisation of Food and Beverage venues
• Safely handle and store chemicals and equipment in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment
