Metal Fabricator / Installer - Wetherill Park, Sydney NSW

We're seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator / Installer to join our team, specialising in the fabrication and installation of bespoke metal staircases, balustrades, and architectural features. This role involves a mix of factory-based work and on-site installation.
We're especially interested in candidates with TIG welding experience, as this skill is highly valued for the precision and finish required in our projects.
What You’ll Do
- Fabricate metal staircases, balustrades, and components in the workshop
- Install completed products on-site with precision and high-quality finishes
- Read and interpret shop drawings and technical plans
- Carry out onsite adjustments and welding (TIG welding highly desirable)
- Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure safe work practices
- Collaborate with site supervisors and clients to deliver seamless outcomes
- Uphold WHS, quality, and compliance standards at all times
