  • Oversee the daily operations of the fresh department, including produce, meat, seafood, deli, bakery, and floral sections.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in all fresh areas.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise a team of associates to deliver excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales, margins, and profitability in the fresh department.

What you'll need :

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a fresh food environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining product quality and freshness.
