Betty's is continuing to grow with more and more people wanting to be a part of the Betty's experience. We are now seeking ahospitality professional to step into the role ofRestaurant Supervisor! Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, this role will be pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient restaurant operations. The Betty's brand will rely on you to deliver the quality product and service that we have become renowned for.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, your role will involve; Maintain restaurant presentation and cleanlinessEnsure Team Members represent Betty's in a positive mannerTrain and mentor Team MembersEnsure that all operating, opening and closing procedures are followedWhat are we looking for? Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high volume operationsExperience in engaging, leading and motivating a large team is highly desirableExceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detailAbility to maintain professionalism under pressureAbility to work a flexible rotating roster including nights / weekendsCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol CertificateAbout you : You will be passionate and authentic, deliver genuine hospitality and keen to work within afast movingand positiveenvironment.
