Job descriptionContacting pre-qualified customers by phone, email, and video. All aspects of being a 'loan writing mortgage broker' in regards to clients and compliance. Attending office team meetings with the referral partners and the broader business. Attending broker continuing professional development, face to face and virtually. Providing finance updates to your office team, keeping them informed. Building relationships with customers and referrers to result in more long-term business. A minimum of one-year experience lending experience as an active loan writer settling loans. Cert IV, Diploma in Mortgage Broking desired. Above-average technology skills, including Office 365, Excel, CRM, and web-based platforms. The ability to solve problems, research, and show tenacity in finding a solution. High attention to detail and the ability to articulate complex solutions with simplicity. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written. A sense of urgency and the ability to professionally follow up with all parties to meet deadlines. A 'can do, will do' team player attitude with an absolute customer-first-centric approach. A current driver’s licence. Self-discipline, as you will be able to work autonomously from home.
