Project Delivery Manager
Make a real impact. As Project Delivery Manager at Verbrec, you will influence the transition to renewable energy and decarbonisation, driving strategic objectives across a portfolio of engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Project Delivery Team to deliver projects in accordance with the Project Delivery Platform.
- Establish project teams, maintain core capabilities and mentor team members.
- Monitor cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring compliance across the portfolio.
- Prepare and submit proposals in consultation with multi-discipline engineering teams.
- Implement measures to positively influence project performance and capture lessons learned.
Key Requirements
15+ years project management experience, 5+ years in engineering consulting.Certificate IV in Project Management Practice.Commercial experience with engineering services contracts.Track record of managing projects ≥$30M in value.Strong communication, team and interpersonal skills.Excellent time and task management skills.Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timeframes.Ability to build and develop a high‑performance team.To Be Successful You Will Have
