The Role
You will play a key role in attracting and engaging talented people to our corporate and site teams, and developing the talent acquisition skills of our hiring teams :
Plan meaningful sourcing activities, provide interview coaching and develop hiring managers capability and lead the recruitment from sourcing through to close.Partner closely with operational leaders, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to attract, engage and secure quality talent to Ramelius.Support workforce planning activities and reporting in the talent acquisition team.Proactively develop talent pools with candidates, building meaningful relationships within the gold industry.Ensure positive talent acquisition strategies are in place across a diverse range of operational, technical, and professional roles.Contribute towards the continuous improvement of our employer branding and market recognition through targeted projects.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment function to ensure alignment with business growth.About You
We're looking for someone who brings :
Experience across the full talent acquisition process from strategic sourcing through to offer negotiation and acceptance, ideally from within the resources industry.Experience supporting recruitment of complex role requirements, and able to gather market information and provide advice on attraction strategies in competitive markets.Highly developed, professional communication skills.Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.Able to travel to remote site locations, occasionally for multiple days.A current West Australian C Class (manual) driver's licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance purposes.Next Steps
