Job description

Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WS Audiology continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.

Step Outside the Clinic. Step Into a Career with Purpose.

Are you ready for a change. Something more dynamic, more strategic, and undeniably more rewarding than the daily rhythm of back-to-back clinical appointments? If you’re someone who thrives on challenge, achievement, and building meaningful partnerships, then this might be exactly the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Widex is on the lookout for a motivated, results-driven audiology professional to join our wholesale team as our new Widex Account & Product Manager for Victoria & Tasmania , based in Melbourne.

This is a chance to step into a highly respected position within our Widex Wholesale team, representing one of the world’s most innovative hearing aid brands. You'll be part of a collaborative and experienced network of professionals, with the autonomy to shape your territory and the support to succeed.

If you’re passionate about audiology, but crave variety, ownership, and influence in your day-to-day, we want to hear from you.

Why This Role?

  • Work Autonomously, Think Strategically : Manage your own territory while being backed by one of the most experienced audiological sales teams in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Diverse & Engaging Workload : No two days are the same — from product demos and sales meetings to presenting at conferences and delivering impactful training.
  • Career Growth : This is more than a job — it's a career pathway that values your clinical expertise and gives it commercial influence.
  • Supportive Leadership : Report directly to the Director of Sales and enjoy mentorship and development opportunities that grow with you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with existing wholesale customers while identifying new growth opportunities
  • Represent Widex with confidence, providing expert product demonstrations and support
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within your assigned region and as a team
  • Deliver professional presentations and engaging training workshops
  • Collaborate on marketing and education programs to enhance customer engagement
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ensure timely follow-up
  • Travel within VIC / TAS and interstate as required
  • About You

  • You are a clinically trained Audiologist or Audiometrist (3+ years experience) with a Masters in Audiology, full membership with Audiology Australia or AcAud, and a current QP number
  • You’ve got a proven knack for sales, business development or territory management (or a strong desire to grow in this space). You’re commercially savvy, articulate, and confident presenting to both large and small audiences
  • You’re self-motivated, organised, and driven by results
  • You’re passionate about elevating hearing healthcare — and ready to do it differently
  • Ability to establish strong and influential relationships with business partners.
  • Willingness for regular travel as needed
  • This is your chance to make a bigger impact — beyond the fitting room and into the future of hearing care.

Apply now and join Widex in shaping what’s next for the industry.

    Why choose us?

  • We are committed to providing a competitive and attractive salary package, bonus and car allowance or lease
  • Professional development, offering opportunities for training, education and career advancement
  • Employee recognition and rewards
  • Be a part of a high performing, friendly and supportive team environment, where collaboration and teamwork are the key to success
  • World’s largest manufacturer of hearing aids and a leader in the industry, improving the lives of millions of people with hearing loss
  • Highly innovative, purpose driven organization where our products stand out and we think outside the box
  • Opportunity to attend and contribute to National Conferences around Australia
  • Flexible work options
  • Discount on hearing aids for employees, friends and family
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • We are committed to addressing climate issues, limiting the damage to our planet and ensuring we conduct our business responsibility.
  • Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand to be considered for this role
