About the Role
As aCustomer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for passengers, supporting them with :
Logistics / freight andfreight forwarder experience is highly desired
Handling disruptions and assisting with rebooking
Answering general queries and providing timely, accurate information
Ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction
You'll be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same!
