Taree Windows & Doors branch provides sales, fabrication and installation of aluminium windows and doors to the residential and commercial construction markets. We have an opportunity for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The Role

  • Timely and accurate purchase of stocked & non-stocked items, and review of minimum / maximum levels
  • Perform work to meet manufacturing timeframes for customer and project due dates
  • Monitor supplier concerns, contact and resolve, or further elevate to team if required
  • Scheduling and co-ordinating workflow to optimize production efficiency
  • Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and operational goals
  • Liaise with clients and customers over the phone to provide updates and ensure smooth communication

The Applicant

  • Has previous experience or a strong interest in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Possesses a strong administrative and customer service background.
  • Demonstrates excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Excels in written and verbal communication.
  • Maintains high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Is confident, proactive, and capable of taking initiative to make this role their own.
