Finance with Kobe is a fast growing mortgage brokerage built on making finance fun, simple and accessible for all. We have also built a strong, social media led brand with a heavy focus on first and next home buyers.

We are looking for a Loan Processor or Credit Analyst to join the business on a casual basis initially , covering a 6 month maternity leave period , with a strong opportunity for the role to continue ongoing for the right person.

The role

You will manage loan files from borrowing capacity through to settlement, working closely with me as the broker. All admin tasks are already handled by a full time admin team, so there is no data entry or ApplyOnline required. This allows you to focus on credit, lender communication and delivering a seamless client experience.

This role can be part time or full time depending on the candidate and is fully remote, open to applicants anywhere in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage loan applications from servicing through to settlement
• Liaise with lenders and clients to keep files progressing
• Proactively communicate with clients throughout the loan journey
• Support a growing brokerage currently settling around $5M+ per month
