This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced leadership capability specialist within a leading organisation who is investing heavily in People and Culture.

This is an important, newly created role within a growing team to support the capability development of the company's leaders. It will require strong collaboration across the Group leaders and external partners to support the delivery of engaging and impactful development offerings that drive business results.

There is a lot of opportunity to not only roll out leadership programs and initiatives, but to partner with the Talent Manager in building these programs from scratch & re-designing frameworks. There is wide scope for this role & you will be partnering closely with some excellent stakeholders across the function in which you sit.
