Senior Technical Recruiter

TL;DR : We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own and scale all EPD efforts. You’ll partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive full-cycle recruiting — from sourcing and outreach to offer and close. This is an opportunity to build from 0 → 1 : to shape hiring strategy, create processes, and help define what “great” looks like across EPD at Listen Labs.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for EPD roles.
• Craft compelling outreach and brand narratives that reflect Listen’s mission and craft.
• Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across functions and levels.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to close.
• Partner with founders on offer strategy, comp bands, and closing.
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting in Ashby (pipeline health, pass-through rates, source mix).
• Continuously improve interview processes, scorecards, and recruiting collateral.
• Represent Listen Labs at events and through outbound initiatives to attract top talent.
