Job descriptionEarning potential up to $140k / year with uncapped commissions paid monthly. Realistic targets designed to be hit and exceeded. Comprehensive onboarding with extensive sales training and ongoing development. Hybrid work model – Sydney CBD office 3 days a week, work from home 2 days. Proven success in outbound / inbound phone sales (minimum 2 years). Strong communication, resilience, and time‑management skills. Education sales experience is a bonus but not required. Passionate about education and helping students succeed. Located in Sydney NSW with valid Australian working rights. Ability to commute to the Sydney CBD office 3 days a week. Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid NSW Working With Children Check.

The Role : As a Learning Advisor, you’ll connect with parents, helping them enrol in tailored tutoring solutions for their children. This is an outbound B2C phone‑based sales role with warm, qualified leads—no cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with parents seeking tutoring support for their children.
- Ask discovery questions to understand parents / student needs and walk parents through the enrolment process.
- Handle calls confidently and close sales.
- Manage and organise leads within Salesforce to maximise conversions.
