The Role :

At Amana Living all lunch and dinners come from our centralised catering facility at Peter Arney Home.

As the Hospitality Supervisor you are responsible for coordinating the meal time service for the entire site. The main kitchen, wing serveries, and dining rooms are yours to supervise. Along with your team you are responsible for coordinating, reheating, plating, and serving meals that meet residents’ individual needs, ensuring smooth meal service across kitchen and dining areas. They role-model exceptional customer service and work closely with Kitchen Coordinators, Hospitality Assistants, Carers, and other staff to create an enjoyable dining experience for Amana Living residents. Key duties also include regular food ordering, stocktaking, maintaining signing sheets, and keeping kitchens, serveries, and dining rooms clean and well maintained.

This is a permanent  full time  role working  76 hours per fortnight  Monday to Friday  7am - 3pm
