So, what’s the job?

  • You’ll be responsible for both Quality Assurance and Audit functions within Claims
  • You’ll review claims process including phone calls, claims outcomes and communications to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements particularly in the quality function
  • You’ll examine customer experience and satisfaction of claims management include considering the voice of the Customer and dive outcome improvements
  • You’ll ensure product integrity is reviewed and maintained
  • You’ll review live claims payments as per agreed limits and processes to identify “live” leakage, “potential” leakage, and money lost, identifying incorrect or duplicate payments
  • You’ll ensure payments appropriately documented, ensure authority levels are complied with and ensure decisions are made within policy coverage
  • You’ll reduce payments and claims errors by liaising with and communicating with Claims Officers, Team Leaders and training team members

And what are we looking for?

  • You’ll have at least 1 years’ experience in insurance claims processing
  • You’ll have an understanding of insurances processes and legislation
  • You’ll ideally have experience in quality assurance assessment, however this is not required
  • You’ll have strong communication skills with the ability to have difficult conversations with peers as required
  • You’ll possess great attention to detail and have the ability to quickly identify patterns
