Nurse Unit Manager – Acute Services

Location : Yarrawonga, VIC

Hours : Full Time – 40 hours per week with one monthly ADO

Classification : NM11 - Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) Single Interest Employer Agreement 2024-2028

About The Role

Reporting directly to the Executive Director Clinical Services , you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across our Acute Ward, Urgent Care Centre, and Dialysis Unit. This pivotal role involves inspiring and guiding a multidisciplinary team, driving service excellence, and ensuring safe, compassionate, and person‑centred care.

You Will

• Lead the Acute Ward, Urgent Care Centre (UCC), and Dialysis Unit (including two TCP beds)
• Manage resources, budgets, and staffing to ensure high‑quality care delivery
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration
• Drive innovation in service delivery and patient experience
• Support and develop your team to reach their full potential
