Centre Director / Service Manager – Sparrow Early Learning Worongary

Full-time position

As our Trailblazing Team Captain (aka Service Manager), you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the Service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and in line with company policies, sector standards and compliance requirements. You’ll coach, motivate and support a team of educators who are passionate about shaping young minds, build strong partnerships with families and the wider community, and create an environment where children, educators and families feel they belong.

You’ll champion quality practices, bring fresh ideas, and empower your team to deliver inspiring early learning experiences every day. You’re not just managing a centre—you’re creating a culture of care, creativity and connection.
