Role Purpose

As a key player in our claims process, you’ll be the expert behind the screen—accurately assessing vehicle damage caused by faulty workmanship through desktop evaluations. Your mission? To determine liability fairly and ensure all parties walk away with a reasonable and transparent repair solution. You’ll also be a trusted point of contact for Members, third-party claimants, and the Capricorn claims team.

Skills & Attributes

  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential matters.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Customer-first mindset with a knack for building rapport.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Highly organised and self-driven with excellent time management.
  • Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Experience

  • Proven background in motor vehicle assessing and claims.
  • Hands-on experience as a qualified Motor Vehicle Mechanic.
  • Qualifications

  • Trade Qualification : Motor Vehicle Mechanic.
