South of the river location – Welshpool areaEngineering / Technical environmentUp to $55K + superannuationPermanent position – Immediate start availableOur client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy office located south of the river on a full-time permanent basis.
Working Monday to Friday, this role will ideally require someone to have gained a minimum of 2 years experience in an office based role within the Administration / Accounts field.
As an Administrator your main responsibilities will include :
- Invoicing and general accounting duties
- Payment of bills
- Creating and inputting work-orders on in-house system
- Dealing with all building maintenance issues and all contractors
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and key stake-holders
- Typing and preparing documents for management
- Producing reports for management
- Answering the telephone and message taking
- Goods in / Goods out
- Data Entry
- Filing / Faxing
- General administrative duties
To be considered for this position, you will require :
- Previous experience as an Administrator / Accounts
- Experience using SAP or similar business management system
- High attention to detail with a good keyboard skills
- Competent PC user, familiar with Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player
- Motivated and client driven
- Able to use own initiative, pro-active and forward thinking
- Excellent communication skills
