We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Finance team on a 6-month maximum term contract, based in Sydney. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and reliable data within our ERP system, supporting pricing decisions and operational efficiency.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, validating and maintaining unit configuration and square metre data within Levande's ERP system. Your work will directly support pricing processes and data-driven decision-making across finance, pricing and sales teams.
This role is well suited to a detail-oriented data professional who enjoys working with complex datasets, improving data quality and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Source and validate unit configuration and square metre data from internal systems, architectural plans and supporting documentation
Analyse data quality, completeness and consistency, identifying discrepancies and anomalies
Apply data cleansing techniques to correct errors, remove duplicates and standardise formats
Prepare and manage uploads of cleansed data into the Levande ERP system
Monitor data integrity post-upload and troubleshoot issues as required
Collaborate with pricing, finance and sales stakeholders to clarify data definitions
Provide insights and reporting on data quality and readiness
Recommend improvements to data management processes, tools and automation initiatives
About You
Essential
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL and Power BI
Experience working with ERP systems (property or retirement living experience advantageous)
Strong understanding of data cleansing and validation techniques
Ability to interpret complex datasets and identify anomalies
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
Desirable
Familiarity with property unit measurements and pricing models
Exposure to retirement living or residential property operations
