About the Role

You’re the heart and soul of the daily grind, energising the team and keeping operations running smoothly while creating authentic customer experiences that define Mad Mex.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure daily operations run efficiently, meeting quality, health, and safety standards.
  • Create a playful, vibrant culture where smiles and good vibes come first.
  • Support the Business Manager in driving profitability, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
  • Speak the Mad Mex mission and values every step of the way.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building motivated teams and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Previous leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment is highly regarded.
  • Energetic, bold, cheeky, and a natural leader who thrives in a vibrant culture.
  • A passion for food service and a willingness to learn and grow.
