The opportunity
You will play an important role in supporting strong and effective governance at Warrigal by providing high-level administrative and governance support to the Company Secretary and CEO. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Board Chair, Directors, Executive Leaders, and Company Members, contributing to the smooth operation of governance processes and helping to deliver positive outcomes across the organisation. You’ll be involved in preparing agendas, minutes and board materials, managing follow-up actions, and supporting clear and timely communication between the Executive and the Board.
You’ll assist with managing Warrigal’s regulatory reporting and compliance obligations, including those to the ACNC, ACQSC and ASIC, ensuring the organisation meets its responsibilities under the Aged Care Act and as a Company Limited by Guarantee. Your work will include coordinating AGM activities, maintaining statutory registers and records, and supporting the ongoing review and improvement of governance frameworks and policies.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and values working in a purpose-driven environment. You’ll also help support the onboarding and development of Directors, playing a key part in strengthening governance and leadership across Warrigal.
