About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion ensuring strategic and operational objectives are met. This role is accountable for delivering effective business outcomes through strong performance and customer service. You will develop and maintain project plans manage reporting tools and collaborate with initiative leads and change managers to engage stakeholders and achieve deliverables on time and within budget.

This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.

About You

You are a proactive and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong ability to work collaboratively communicate effectively and influence stakeholders. Your approach combines strategic thinking with practical execution ensuring projects deliver measurable outcomes.

About your skills

You bring demonstrated project management expertise including experience managing complex projects and interdependencies. You are highly organized able to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing conditions. Your communication skills are exceptional with the ability to convey information clearly and produce high-quality reports. You also possess strong change management capabilities and are proficient in a wide range of software applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Project Management or a relevant discipline or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or qualifications.

Desired experience

• Proven ability to work collaboratively and professionally to achieve common goals.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and customer service.
• Strong background in performance reporting and process improvement.
• Ability to assess risks analyze issues and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies.
