    Location : Norwood

    Salary : $70K - $73K + Super

    Roster : Tuesday to Saturday

    About the Role

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our clients largest homewares store in Adelaide. This flagship outlet in Norwood also serves as the state's online fulfilment hub, operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of up to 15 staff. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong commercial mindset who excels at delegation, team upskilling, and managing a diverse retail operation.

    What You Will Do

    • Oversee all daily operations in a high-volume homewares and appliances store, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 15 employees to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Manage and optimise the online fulfilment process for the state, ensuring seamless integration with in-store operations.
    • Drive sales performance through strategic planning, targeted initiatives, and continuous staff training.
    • Foster exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships in a competitive retail environment.
    • What You Will Bring

    • Proven retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ideally within homewares, or a related sector.
    • Strong leadership and delegation skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
    • Excellent commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
    • Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience managing both physical retail operations and online fulfilment processes is a plus.
