The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Manager to lead our site’s quality and food safety agenda. This is a critical role, ensuring our site maintains the highest standards of compliance, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

Reporting into the General Manager - Biscuits, you’ll drive quality and food safety culture across the site, lead HACCP and certification programs, and partner closely with operations, R&D, and suppliers to embed excellence in every step of our production process.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and embed a strong quality and food safety culture across the site.
• Drive improvement in GMP, hygiene, HACCP, allergen management, pest control, foreign object control, and product quality.
• Maintain and improve site certifications, audits, and customer compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis for product quality issues and implement corrective / preventive actions.
• Partner with R&D to ensure new products meet operational and food safety requirements.
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing Quality team.
• Actively contribute to site leadership discussions, integrating quality into wider business decisions.
