Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll act as the key liaison with our Shared Services Center in Hong Kong, managing core finance functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll journals, and month‑end closing. You’ll also support local statutory compliance through audit preparation, tax filings, and regulatory reporting, while handling various ad‑hoc tasks and reporting requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage finance ePO's & eClaims
• Manage Australia and New Zealand vendor invoices, including validation, approval, and coding, ensuring proper record‑keeping
• Coordinate with relevant teams to set up and maintain customer and vendor data within financial systems
• Collaborate with shared services and other departments on administrative and compliance matters
• Assist with inventory and stock management activities as needed
• Support reconciliation processes and follow up on outstanding payments from customers
• Assist with banking operations and liaise with financial institutions to facilitate daily transactions
• Coordinate with service providers for operational support and requirements
• Prepare and review financial reports and tax filings, including GST / BAS returns
• Support audit and compliance activities, including statutory filings and income tax returns
