The Opportunity:

The Valuer's role is a newly created opportunity for their Melbourne office, and you will work alongside a team of Quantity Surveyors and other property professionals to deliver quality reports that help investors make informed property decisions.

As the Valuations lead, you will work with administrators to provide intelligent market recommendations. The potential to grow a team around you will be on offer.

Your day-to-day will include:

Preparing comprehensive, compliant valuation reports tailored to client needs
Providing clear, expert guidance on property values and trends
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of local markets, legislative updates, and industry changes
Working collaboratively within a professional and supportive team
Contributing to client relationships through responsive and proactive communication

Your Key Skillsets and Attributes:

We seek a Certified Practising Valuer ready to take the next step in their career and wish to work for a fresh, forward-thinking firm! You will offer sound judgement, strong analytical skills and a genuine passion for the property industry, along with an entrepreneurial flair to help with future growth.

You will be a self-motivated Valuer with sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and a genuine passion for the property industry.

You’ll bring:

Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status, accredited by the Australian Property Institute (API)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in property valuation, with proven expertise in residential, with knowledge of small-scale commercial advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to explain complex matters clearly and confidently
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, client-first approach
A commitment to professional development and staying ahead of market trends
