  • What we need from you
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
  • Current Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certifications or be willing to obtain
  • Extensive understanding of the EYLF planning cycle
  • Highly proficient in creating, implementing (evidence-based) and evaluating an early childhood program.
  • Extensive understanding of the National Quality Standard - Quality Areas 1, 3, 4, 5-6
  • Draw on educators strengths to develop professional skills and confidence
  • Assist educators to understand and implement reflective practice and leading critical reflection discussions to examine policies, programs and practice.
  • Strong knowledge of Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
  • Comprehensive understanding of the National Education and Care Services Law / Regulations / National Quality Framework / Standards / Early Years Learning Framework
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      High quality education and care is provided to 34 children per day, who are aged between 6 weeks to 6 years old.
